Guests Comments

These are a few of the many comments guests have made
here at Canyon Road Inn.

Just a look at these and you will know why we say, "we have the nicest guests!"

"We had a great time at your bed and breakfast. We enjoyed the Five O'Clock Club too. It was quite astounding to find a very good restaurant way out in the country. It was excellent. We played a fun game of golf at the Cumberland Course and of course the weather was great. We had a very good afternoon and finished the day with an ice cream cone from Bella Curella's cheese factory in Comstock.
We feel quite lucky to have chosen your bed and breakfast.
We could not have planned a better time".

                      June 18

"We couldn't imagine another B & B anywhere that could top this experience....  The breakfast was out of this world, the setting was a perfect blend of peace, quiet, nature and wilderness......... with the feel of being miles from civilization.  The frequent call of the loon and sight of the heron fishing at the edge of your land made it easy to forget about the hustle & bustle of city life".
               April 24

"You could teach others how to run a bed & breakfast.  We had a wonderful time & are going to sing your praises far & wide.  We will be back - - -"

The Guest Room Journals

Each room has a blank book in which guests are asked to briefly  write three things they are grateful about. For some people, some days, it might be amazing things, but most days it will be simple joys or if a rough day it might be very basic.

Melody Beattie wrote:
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."*
